Email our roasting team within 14 days of receipt with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
Provide Documentation
For damaged hardware or incorrect coffee shipments, please attach a clear photo of the item and the packaging it arrived in.
Receive Authorization
Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) or confirm your eligibility for a replacement.
Resolution Delivery
Once approved, we will ship out a fresh batch or issue a refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
