When is your coffee roasted?

We roast in small batches every Tuesday and Thursday to ensure maximum freshness. Your order will typically ship within 24-48 hours of roasting.

Do you offer pre-ground coffee?

Yes, we can grind your beans for Drip, French Press, or Espresso. However, for the best flavor profile, we recommend purchasing whole beans and grinding them just before brewing.

How should I store my coffee beans?

Keep your beans in a cool, dark place inside an airtight container. Avoid the refrigerator or freezer, as moisture and odors can compromise the delicate flavor notes.

What is your return policy on food items?

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on roasted beans. However, if there is an issue with your order or you are unsatisfied, please contact us within 7 days for a resolution.
